Lead-Based Paint Disclosure

Federal law requires disclosure of known lead-based paint and lead-based paint hazards for housing built before 1978. Where applicable to your unit, this disclosure is provided as part of your lease, along with a copy of the EPA/HUD packet below — your lease includes a signature page confirming receipt.
